HOURLY RATE
Shop Minimum $150.00 + tax
Hourly $200.00 + tax
Junior Artist $180 + tax
Depending on the artist and piece, day rates and custom quotes may be agreed upon. This would be discussed in your Consultation as each artists and piece is unique.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
Deposits will be collected at the end of a consultation. Once the appointment date is agreed upon; they are taken to ensure to appointment is secure.
Deposits are non-refundable.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment; otherwise the refund will be forfeit. Call 250 862 8282
The deposit will go towards the balance owing of your last appointment.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, debit, Visa, & Mastercard as forms of payment.
WALK INS
Although appointments are the recommended route, if space is available we are happy to take walk ins!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSITS
We require a deposit to reserve an appointment to be determined by the individual artist. Payment may be made in-store via card or cash. No deposits may be made with debit or credit card over the phone. E-transfer payments to Dont Look Down may be accepted by out-of-town clients only.(Out of town clients will be required to digitally sign deposit agreement). Individual artist will not accept deposits. Deposit amount will vary depending on size and estimated time of art work.
ETIQUETTE
Please arrive on time, eat a hearty meal prior to your session, bring water and a healthy snack to help you feel comfortable and stable, some form of entertainment such as headphones, a book etc. will help keep you occupied during long appointments.
Please dress appropriately or bring a cover up for the area being tattooed for privacy and easy access.
Make sure to listen carefully to your artists instructions for preparation and aftercare to avoid any complications.
REMEMBER: Trust your artist. They are providing time, energy and recommendations to ensure you receive the best possible results. Show respect to your artist by not showing up unwell, under the influence, sunburnt or any other medical condition which may delay your session.
Our artists reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if they feel, for any reason, you are not fit enough to receive a tattoo.
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. An additional deposit will be required should you wish to book another date.
AFTERCARE
1. Keep your new tattoo covered with the Tagaderm bandage provided until the following morning.
2. Remove the bandage and wash your tattoo with warm water and unscented soap. You can also do a cold water wash after this step if you’re feeling brave.
3. **Keep your new tattoo clean** Keep it out of reach of pets & children.
4. Don’t use lotion for at least one week.
5. Only use unscented lotion, and use very little. A pea sized drop of lotion is plenty for a large tattoo – over applying lotion can lead to scarring or improper healing**
6. Tattoos can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to fully heal depending on your body.
